    Policies and Payments

    Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to confirm all services. Standard deposit is 50% at booking with the balance due 45 days prior to departure.
     
    Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 7 days or more before departure are fully refundable. 7 days or less from the booking date the deposit becomes non-refundable. Same day cancellation, no refund.
     
    Payment Methods: Major credit cards and bank transfer accepted.
     
    Liability Waiver Required: All guests must sign a standard liability waiver prior to boarding. For groups booked via resort or planner, the organizer is responsible for sharing and collecting signed waivers in advance or ensuring they are executed dockside before departure.
     
    Baggage Restrictions Apply for Water Transfers: Luggage restrictions apply for comfort and safety.
